RCM Account Manager

Job Summary

To ensure the financial success of ABA provider customers, the remote RCM Account Manager will manage day-to-day revenue cycle operations, drive improvements in claims and collections performance, and build strong partnerships with clients.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, delivering high-touch support and proactive communication to address inquiries and understand specific needs
• Oversee the billing process for assigned accounts, ensuring accurate claim submissions, managing accounts receivable, and resolving denials for timely payment
• Lead regular client review meetings to discuss performance, payer trends, and action plans while monitoring claim submissions and aging accounts receivable

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in revenue cycle management, ABA billing, or Behavioral Health
• Knowledge of healthcare claims, payer guidelines, EOB/ERA reconciliation, and denial management
• Experience in ABA billing or behavioral health, managing multiple provider accounts or billing groups simultaneously
• Proficiency with practice management, clearinghouse, and EHR systems
• Previous experience in a remote role with time management accountability
