RCM Account Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a RCM Account Representative to manage insurance operations for Optometry providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and GoToMeeting for RCM customers
• Monitor customer accounts to identify revenue trends and proactively engage clients with solutions
• Work on clearinghouse rejections and aging reports to ensure maximum reimbursement for claims

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' experience in customer service and medical & vision insurance billing in an optometry setting
• Knowledge of ICD-10 coding and Optometry CPT codes
• Ability to work a full 8-hour day within specified hours, Monday through Friday
• Stable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office environment
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office suite of products
