RCM AI Enablement Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and innovative RCM AI Enablement Manager, this full-time position will manage the integration of artificial intelligence within the Revenue Cycle Management department, focusing on process analysis, AI education, and product intelligence while working in a hybrid environment based in South Jordan, Utah.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive reviews of RCM processes to identify AI integration opportunities and develop a prioritized roadmap for implementation
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance AI literacy and facilitate the adoption of new AI-powered workflows across the department
• Act as the primary liaison for AI-related product releases, collaborating with cross-functional teams to evaluate operational impacts and communicate changes effectively

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management or healthcare operations
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts as applied in healthcare or technology environments
• Proven ability to analyze complex processes and provide actionable recommendations
• Experience leading cross-functional projects or change management initiatives
• Background in training development or instructional design
