RCM Associate Contract Modeler

Job Summary

A company is looking for an RCM Associate Contract Modeler.

Key Responsibilities

• Model contracts and maintain payer terms in HDMS and NikoHealth
• Analyze and update reimbursement rates and billing codes as needed
• Assist internal teams with reimbursement-related concerns and payer issues

Required Qualifications

• Minimum two to five years of healthcare-related experience or equivalent education
• Understanding of insurance guidelines including Medicare and Medicaid
• Familiarity with healthcare reimbursement methodologies and coding systems
• Knowledge of HDMS, NikoHealth, and claims management tools
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
