RCM Auditor with Coding Certification

Job Summary

A company is looking for a RCM Auditor.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive audits across the revenue cycle to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Analyze denial trends and revenue leakage, recommending corrective actions
• Develop reporting and KPI dashboards while maintaining quality assurance programs

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred
• Active coding certification required: CPC, CCS, or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in revenue cycle management
• 3+ years of auditing experience within healthcare billing or coding
• Strong experience in pain management and familiarity with Medicare and commercial payer guidelines
