Job Summary

A company is looking for an RCM Automation Engineer to join their RCM Business Excellence team.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and fine-tune AI solutions for automation that support RCM workflows
Collaborate with operations to identify automation opportunities and translate business needs into technical solutions
Monitor model performance and ensure ethical, secure, and compliant AI deployment in alignment with healthcare standards

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related field
1-3 years of experience in automation, software development, or process engineering
Familiarity with cloud automation or AI ecosystems (e.g., Azure, AWS)
Proficiency in one or more programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, VB.NET, C#)
Basic understanding of JSON structure and schema definitions
