RCM Automation Strategist

Job Summary

To support the transformation of healthcare operations, the full-time RCM Automation Strategist will identify automation opportunities, develop strategic roadmaps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable automation solutions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize automation opportunities across revenue cycle workflows, enhancing efficiency and outcomes
• Develop and maintain a strategic automation roadmap aligned with business objectives and client needs
• Collaborate with RCM leaders and clients to design and implement effective automation solutions

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management or healthcare technology
• 5+ years of experience with automation platforms such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere
• Deep knowledge of revenue cycle operations and process documentation
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing stakeholder relationships
• Proficiency with Excel and data analysis tools
