RCM Billing Specialist

Job Summary

As a remote RCM Billing Specialist, the candidate will manage end-to-end billing processes for laboratory services using Xifin's platform, ensuring compliance and optimizing cash flow while supporting the full revenue cycle.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage laboratory billing processes, including data validation and claim submissions
• Track and resolve denials and underpayments, providing root-cause documentation
• Prepare executive-level summaries and dashboards for cash flow and performance analysis

Required qualifications:

• Proven experience with Xifin's Revenue Cycle Management platform
• Strong understanding of laboratory billing workflows and compliance requirements
• Ability to create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Experience conducting QA and UAT testing for billing processes
• Proficiency in preparing analytical reports and dashboards for cash flow management
