RCM Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an RCM Business Analyst - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed analytical studies to identify deficiencies and improve revenue cycle management processes
• Collaborate with users to define business requirements for system enhancements and automation solutions
• Monitor and analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; extensive experience in healthcare revenue cycle management may substitute
• Business analysis experience preferred
• Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Power BI, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of anesthesia billing and reimbursement guidelines
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently with a high level of accuracy
