Job Summary
A company is looking for an RCM Case Management Specialist to manage claims processing and resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of Salesforce cases related to RCM inquiries, ensuring documentation and resolution within SLAs
- Monitor trends in practice inquiries and report on case resolution efficiency to leadership
- Collaborate with internal teams and care center staff to streamline workflows and resolve billing issues
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate
- 3+ years of experience in a medical billing office or equivalent claims experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred
- Experience with athenaHealth/athenaOne and Salesforce Case Management is highly preferred
- Understanding of revenue cycle performance and ability to resolve complex claim issues
