Job Summary

A company is looking for an RCM Case Management Specialist to manage claims processing and resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full cycle of Salesforce cases related to RCM inquiries, ensuring documentation and resolution within SLAs
  • Monitor trends in practice inquiries and report on case resolution efficiency to leadership
  • Collaborate with internal teams and care center staff to streamline workflows and resolve billing issues
Required Qualifications
  • High School Graduate
  • 3+ years of experience in a medical billing office or equivalent claims experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred
  • Experience with athenaHealth/athenaOne and Salesforce Case Management is highly preferred
  • Understanding of revenue cycle performance and ability to resolve complex claim issues
