RCM Cash Posting Lead

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the RCM Cash Posting Cluster Lead will manage cash collections and reconciliation processes for Home Health, Hospice, Home Care, and Provider Services, while collaborating with various teams to ensure best practices in cash posting and accounts receivable functions.

Key responsibilities

• Create accountability and visibility of collection posting efforts for reporting to executive leadership
• Provide ongoing training support to the Centralized Cash team and cover for absences as needed
• Monitor cash logs and ensure all remittances are posted accurately and timely

Required qualifications

• At least three years of experience in healthcare collections management, preferably in home health and/or hospice operations
• Experience with cash posting systems such as Home Care Home Base, Eclinical Works, and Wellsky is preferred
• Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in decision-making
• Demonstrated capability to manage detailed information accurately
• Strong communication, negotiation, and public relations skills
