RCM Client Implementation Leader

Job Summary

Leading the end-to-end onboarding of new RCM clients, the full-time remote RCM Client Implementation Leader will coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure timely and successful client launches while managing project plans, client relationships, and operational setups.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute detailed implementation project plans, including milestones and risk mitigation strategies
• Serve as the primary client contact during the implementation phase, managing expectations and communication
• Oversee go-live execution and ensure smooth transition to steady-state operations, documenting lessons learned

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle, with 2-3 years in client communication or project management roles
• Demonstrated experience leading onboarding for hospital or physician practice clients onto RCM platforms
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end RCM operations, including billing and AR follow-up
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office suite
• Familiarity with major hospital and practice management systems and EDI transactions
