RCM Coding Strategic Advisor

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time RCM Coding Strategic Advisor will maintain expertise in revenue cycle operations, meet with clients to maximize their investments, and lead design sessions to implement RCM solutions effectively.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze and communicate financial and operational data to clients for strategic planning and decision-making
• Execute plans to increase customer adoption of solutions and achieve desired outcomes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met and provide executive summary presentations on progress

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Middle Revenue operations
• 5+ years in Inpatient/outpatient Coding departments
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
• Proven ability to analyze payer trends and revenue cycle reports
• Strong project delivery methodology skills and ability to work collaboratively
