RCM Director

Job Summary

Leading revenue cycle operations from a remote setting, the full-time salaried RCM Director will manage patient accounts receivable, oversee insurance-related processes, and improve patient financial journeys while ensuring compliance and financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead patient accounts receivable and credit balance workflows to enhance collections and reduce aging
• Develop and implement processes for eligibility and billing call workflows, including training materials and SOPs
• Analyze denial trends and collaborate with teams to minimize write-offs and improve insurance benefits verification

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or related field
• 7+ years of progressive RCM leadership experience, including insurance AR and denial management
• Experience managing outsourced RCM vendors or BPO partners
• Strong understanding of payer policies and multi-state billing environments
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive measurable financial outcomes
