RCM Enrollments Specialist

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and technical, the full-time RCM Enrollments Specialist will manage the end-to-end enrollment process for EDI, EFT, and ERA across a national network of payers, ensuring seamless electronic connections and optimizing revenue cycle operations in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and execute the enrollment process for EDI, EFT, and ERA for a national payer network
• Proactively add and configure new payers as the company expands its network
• Investigate and resolve electronic connection issues, ensuring uninterrupted payment processes

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management with a focus on Enrollments or EDI Management
• Experience in a DME (Durable Medical Equipment) environment is highly preferred
• Deep technical expertise in HIPAA standard transactions: 270/271, 837, and 835
• Proficiency with major clearinghouse platforms and strong Excel skills
• Comprehensive understanding of payer-specific enrollment portals and requirements
