RCM Float Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing Revenue Cycle Management team, the full-time RCM Float Specialist will provide versatile assistance across various functions including authorizations, verification of benefits, credentialing, claims posting, and accounts receivable in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support in authorizations, verification of benefits, credentialing, claims posting, and accounts receivable based on operational needs
• Research payer requirements and stay updated on regulatory and reimbursement changes to ensure compliance
• Adapt to shifting priorities and cover multiple RCM functions as business needs evolve

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management
• Strong preference for candidates with ABA experience
• Knowledge of authorizations, verification of benefits, accounts receivable, claims posting, and credentialing
• Experience working with both Commercial and Medicaid insurance plans
• Ability to interpret and apply varying payer policies across multiple states
