RCM Float Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking an adaptable and detail-oriented professional, the full-time remote RCM Float Specialist will provide support across various areas of the Revenue Cycle Management team, including Authorizations, Verification of Benefits, Credentialing, Claims Posting, and Accounts Receivable based on operational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Support multiple functions within the Revenue Cycle Management team as operational needs evolve
• Manage authorizations, verification of benefits, claims posting, and accounts receivable tasks
• Conduct payer follow-up and research to ensure compliance with various payer policies and regulations

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of healthcare revenue cycle experience
• Strong knowledge of authorizations, verification of benefits, accounts receivable, and claims posting
• Experience with both Commercial and Medicaid insurance plans
• Familiarity with multi-state payer requirements and state-specific Medicaid regulations
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
