RCM Implementation Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an RCM Implementation Account Manager - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the setup of Revenue Cycle systems and processes for client implementations and updates
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients for Epic implementations and documentation updates
• Ensure accurate documentation and workflow processes for existing client setups and communicate progress to leadership

Required Qualifications

• High School Graduate minimum; BS preferred or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years coordinating functional areas of revenue cycle management
• 3+ years in practice management application configuration and implementation
• Demonstrated successful physician third-party billing experience
• Strong knowledge of CPT and ICD10 coding within a practice setting
