RCM Implementation Account Manager

Job Summary

Managing the setup of Revenue Cycle systems for new and existing client implementations, the full-time remote RCM Implementation Account Manager will coordinate with internal teams and clients, ensuring accurate documentation and workflow processes while meeting project deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Meet regularly with clients and internal teams for Epic implementations and changes
• Complete necessary documentation for Epic file maintenance and new implementations
• Coordinate with RCM staff to ensure accurate information hand-off and project updates

Required qualifications

• High School Graduate minimum; BS preferred or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years coordinating functional areas of revenue cycle management
• 3+ years in practice management application configuration and implementation
• Demonstrated experience in physician third-party billing
• Strong knowledge of CPT and ICD10 coding within a practice setting
