RCM Implementation Manager

Job Summary

Leading the onboarding of new practice partners, the full-time Revenue Cycle Management Implementation and Optimization Manager will drive continuous improvement in revenue cycle operations and manage strategic projects, working remotely with a focus on enhancing workflow efficiency and performance metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate on end-to-end revenue cycle implementations and maintain standardized playbooks and timelines
• Conduct assessments of existing revenue cycle performance and develop optimization plans for improvement
• Build relationships with practice administrators and serve as a trusted advisor on revenue cycle strategy

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in revenue cycle management or healthcare operations, preferably in cardiology
• Demonstrated experience leading revenue cycle implementations in multi-site environments
• Proficiency with athenaOne and working knowledge of revenue cycle functions
• Experience with cardiology billing, including cardiac imaging and interventional procedures
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
