RCM Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

To support the onboarding of new clients onto the RCM platform, the full-time Revenue Cycle Implementation Specialist will lead end-to-end implementations, configure client accounts, and conduct training sessions, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead client onboarding for RCM platform deployments from kickoff through go-live and early stabilization
• Develop and maintain implementation project plans, timelines, and milestone trackers
• Conduct training sessions for clinical and administrative staff on RCM platform features and billing workflows

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in healthcare revenue cycle, medical billing, or practice management
• 3+ years of experience in a client-facing implementation, onboarding, or training role
• Working knowledge of RCM fundamentals, including CPT/ICD-10 coding basics and claim lifecycle
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tracking tools
