RCM Integrations Performance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an RCM Integrations - Performance Manager responsible for managing RCM projects related to practice operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and build metrics to ensure billing teams maintain service quality post-project implementation
• Identify opportunities for Revenue Cycle process improvements and manage special projects
• Establish communication between billing teams and other internal resources to develop and execute project plans

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Health Administration or Business Administration preferred, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience preferred
• 5+ years of project management experience required
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with changing deadlines
• Advanced skills within the Microsoft Office Suite
