RCM MIR Supervisor

Job Summary

Supporting RCM Leadership in daily operations, the full-time RCM MIR Supervisor will manage the MIR team, including training and coaching staff, while ensuring compliance with operational procedures in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Supervise daily MIR team activities to ensure timely completion of functions in accordance with compliance policies
• Assist in hiring, training, mentoring, and performance development of the MIR team
• Monitor productivity metrics and provide actionable feedback to improve team performance

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required; College Degree preferred
• Extensive knowledge of Funding, Billing, and Collections for Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial payers
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Proven ability to motivate and inspire team members
• Familiarity with government payer regulations is desired
