Job Summary
Owning the onboarding journey for new RCM clients, the full-time Manager of RCM Onboarding will manage the end-to-end process from contract signing to steady-state billing, optimizing procedures and leading the onboarding team in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete onboarding process for new RCM clients, ensuring timely and efficient transitions to billing
- Continuously build and refine the onboarding playbook, collaborating with SaaS teams to enhance processes
- Define and track onboarding metrics, addressing activation delays and driving process improvements
Required Qualifications
- Experience in client onboarding or implementation within healthcare RCM, home care, or healthcare SaaS
- Proven ability to develop and formalize onboarding processes, including SOPs and playbooks
- Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple concurrent implementations
- Knowledge of home care billing, payer enrollment, and software integrations is strongly preferred
- Experience leading both onshore and offshore teams with a focus on cross-functional collaboration
