RCM Onboarding Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an RCM Onboarding Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a great onboarding experience for new clients, ensuring timely feedback and thorough enrollment insights
• Assist in the setup of systems, enrollments, and process training for new clients
• Educate clients on best practices for EHR setup and RCM processes to maximize efficiency and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management, including billing and practice management
• 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role managing client onboarding and building professional relationships
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft Office applications
• Advanced knowledge of healthcare billing software and clearinghouse processes
