RCM Onboarding Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a RCM Onboarding Specialist to ensure new Revenue Cycle Management clients are set up for billing success.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide clients through electronic payment and remittance setup, ensuring accurate configuration
• Collect and validate payer portal credentials for secure access to necessary functions
• Configure Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) rules and maintain service and fee schedules

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 2+ years of experience in medical billing, RCM, or third-party payer billing
• Understanding of claims submission, remittances, and denials
• Experience with payer portals and RCM systems
• Proficiency with productivity tools such as email and spreadsheets
• Ability to manage multiple onboardings effectively in a fast-paced environment
