RCM Onboarding Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an RCM Onboarding Supervisor to oversee the onboarding process for EHR clients purchasing RCM services.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of RCM onboarding specialists, ensuring effective performance and project assignment
• Coordinate with sales, AR management, and accounting teams to align onboarding strategies and contractual requirements
• Educate the onboarding team on best practices for EHR setup and RCM processes, developing training materials and ongoing coaching

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years' experience in Revenue Cycle Management, with knowledge of billing and practice management
• 3+ years experience in a client-facing role managing client onboarding/implementation
• 2+ years in a supervisory role
• Advanced knowledge of healthcare billing software and EHR/PM platforms
