RCM Operations Analyst

Job Summary

RCM Operations Analyst is a full-time position focused on denial and rejection management, insurance billing workflows, and operational intelligence to improve reimbursement outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis of denial and rejection data to identify root causes and drive operational fixes
• Build and maintain operational dashboards for real-time visibility into denial volume and trends
• Develop process documentation and SOPs to ensure operational knowledge is scalable and accessible

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on RCM operations experience with denial management and billing workflow improvement
• Strong analytical skills with experience in extracting findings from complex datasets
• Experience building or maintaining operational dashboards, preferably with Looker
• In-depth knowledge of multiple insurance payer environments, with Medicaid MCO experience preferred
• Process improvement mindset and ability to communicate effectively in a remote environment
