RCM Payment Reconciliation Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare startup, the full-time RCM Payment Reconciliation Specialist will ensure accurate tracking and posting of healthcare financial transactions, resolve discrepancies, and generate reconciliation reports while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile ERAs, EOBs, and patient payments against bank account transactions
• Research and resolve unposted cash, partial payments, and other balance discrepancies
• Generate daily, weekly, and month-end reconciliation reports for RCM and finance leadership

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in RCM payment posting or operations, preferably in healthcare
• Deep understanding of the full revenue cycle, including billing, claims processing, and accounts receivable management
• Proficient in Google Suite, Slack, and EHR/RCM management tools
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to implement data-driven solutions
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
