RCM Performance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an RCM Performance Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with billing teams while monitoring performance metrics
• Analyze revenue cycle performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Coordinate resolution of billing issues and lead process improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience, including 4-5 years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of healthcare reimbursement, medical billing, and claims processing
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with billing systems and process improvement initiatives
