RCM Pricing Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an RCM Pricing and Payor Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and manage price table updates and requests for RCM customers
• Assist the RCM team with pricing and billing inquiries while communicating with stakeholders
• Research insurance billing requirements and ensure compliance with payor payment guidelines

Required Qualifications:

• High School degree required; college coursework is a plus
• 2-3 years of DME/HME billing experience, with a focus on AR follow-up and denials
• Minimum of 1 year in a customer support role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledgeable in healthcare management laws
• Experience with applications such as Teams, SharePoint, SmartSheet, and Salesforce
