RCM Project Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an RCM Project Specialist responsible for overseeing and executing special projects related to revenue cycle management.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute RCM projects including TIN change claim corrections and balance reconciliation
• Identify and track accounts affected by migration errors or structural changes
• Monitor and resolve insurance and patient accounts receivable, including denials and delayed payments

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of dental billing or revenue cycle experience, preferably with special projects
• Strong understanding of dental/ortho billing, CDT codes, and claims submission requirements
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
• Experience with Denticon and/or Cloud 9 preferred
