RCM Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a RCM Quality Assurance Specialist to oversee the quality of records and provide analysis in the RCM department.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit RCM accounts daily to ensure accuracy based on QA policies
• Document QA findings and prepare monthly summary reports for management
• Identify common errors and collaborate with management to improve training processes

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Associate degree in RHIT preferred
• Five (5) or more years of related RCM QA audit experience or equivalent education and experience
• Working knowledge of RCM billing systems
• Good computer skills, including multitasking on multiple screens
