Job Summary

Managing a team of Customer Billing Advocates, the full-time remote RCM Services Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of Revenue Cycle Management services, ensuring compliance and enhancing customer satisfaction while driving team performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of RCM services and manage a team to meet operational goals
• Serve as the subject matter expert on billing processes, addressing client escalations and implementing improvements
• Conduct quality assurance audits and develop onboarding processes for new customers

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of supervisory experience
• 3-5 years of insurance billing experience
• Strong leadership qualities and a positive attitude
• Effective verbal and interpersonal skills
• Experience using billing software such as Kareo or Azalea is preferred
