RCM Services Manager

Job Summary

To support the growth of the Billing department, the full-time remote RCM Services Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage a team of Customer Billing Advocates and A/R Specialists, and ensure high-quality customer service while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Key responsibilities:

• Supervise and motivate a team to meet operational goals and enhance customer satisfaction
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce denials and aging accounts receivable
• Serve as a subject matter expert and address escalated client concerns effectively

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 2-5 years of supervisory experience
• Minimum 3-5 years of insurance billing experience
• Strong leadership qualities and a positive attitude
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
• Experience in customer service
