RCM Solutions Architect

Job Summary

To support new client onboarding and optimize revenue cycle operations, the fully remote RCM Solutions Architect will assess and design billing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and build scalable process architectures while collaborating with clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the assessment and design phase of new client onboarding, evaluating EMR setup and billing workflows
• Identify gaps and structural risks in clients' revenue cycles, creating remediation plans and driving continuous improvement
• Communicate trends and progress to stakeholders, translating complex findings into actionable recommendations

Required qualifications

• High school diploma
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in medical practice billing, including AR management and denial resolution
• 3+ years of experience in eCW and/or athena
• Demonstrated experience in designing or leading process improvement initiatives in a billing or RCM environment
• Proficiency in MS Office
