Job Summary
To enhance the revenue cycle processes, the full-time RCM Specialist - A/R will work remotely to manage accounts receivable inventory, conduct audits, analyze data, and support training initiatives while collaborating with business leaders and vendors.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct audits of revenue cycle processes and vendor work products to identify issues and develop corrective action plans
- Participate in vendor and department meetings to monitor standards and suggest improvements to policies and procedures
- Analyze patient accounts and claims to ensure compliance and financial health within the assigned area of focus
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent
- 3 years of healthcare experience in a clinical or office setting
- 1 year of healthcare revenue cycle experience
- Claim, denial, and/or process auditing experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
