RCM Specialist Client Access

Job Summary

A company is looking for an RCM Specialist, Client Access to support authorization management functions in the Revenue Cycle Management Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Obtain and manage authorizations from payers, ensuring proper documentation and tracking of expiration dates
• Identify and resolve authorization issues by communicating with payer representatives
• Collaborate with the Operations team to align schedules with authorization units and produce necessary reports

Required Qualifications and Education

• High School diploma or GED required
• One (1) to two (2) years of experience in revenue cycle management or billing in the healthcare field
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Self-motivated and reliable with a strong commitment to confidentiality
