RCM Specialist III

Job Summary

Managing complex billing and reimbursement issues, the full-time RCM Specialist III will serve as a subject matter expert while driving process improvements and providing mentorship to team members in a fully remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex accounts receivable trends and implement corrective actions for denials and claim rejections
• Collaborate with payers and internal stakeholders to resolve escalated billing and reimbursement issues
• Lead the maintenance and optimization of billing support files, fee schedules, and insurance plans

Required Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in revenue cycle operations, including advanced billing and denial management
• Expert knowledge of revenue cycle processes, payer regulations, and claims management
• Experience with POMIS or similar Practice Management systems
• Familiarity with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) tools and revenue cycle reporting platforms
