RCM Specialist - Revenue Cycle

Job Summary

Focusing on A/R Follow-up, the full-time remote RCM Specialist - Revenue Cycle will manage AR inventory with third-party vendors, review insurance claims, and conduct audits to enhance revenue cycle processes and ensure financial compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Employ continuous improvement efforts to enhance key performance metrics within the revenue cycle
• Conduct audits of revenue cycle processes and vendor work products to identify issues and develop corrective action plans
• Participate in vendor and department meetings while maintaining effective communication with Revenue Cycle departments and partners

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent
• 3 years of healthcare experience in a clinical or office setting
• 1 year of healthcare revenue cycle experience
• Claim, denial, and/or process auditing experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
