RCM Supervisor II

Job Summary

Overseeing the end-to-end revenue cycle management activities, the full-time remote RCM Supervisor II will manage multiple office support teams, ensuring optimal performance in insurance verification, billing, collections, and customer service processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support office-based revenue cycle teams to meet performance standards
• Interview, hire, onboard, and train new team members on workflows and expectations
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to enhance team accountability and efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in dental office workflows and revenue cycle functions
• Knowledge of reimbursement and compliance processes with various payors
• Experience with practice management software and strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Revenue Cycle Professional (CRCP) credentials preferred
• Previous experience in team and personnel management is preferred
