RCM System Support Analyst

Job Summary

Focusing on testing system updates and enhancements, the full-time RCM System Support Analyst will manage billing system testing, maintain utility files, and support process improvements in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Completes testing of update and enhancement requests for the billing system prior to live implementation
• Maintains and updates all dictionaries within the billing system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Manages EDI, ERA, and EFT enrollment processes from initiation through completion

Required qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent; Associate's degree in business administration or related area preferred
• 2-4 years of healthcare experience required
• Knowledge of insurance processing, guidelines, and EOBs
• Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and workers' compensation rules and guidelines
• Intermediate MS Word and Excel skills
