RCM Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an RCM Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Support RCM Account Managers with client inquiries and identify areas of improvement
• Oversee and provide coaching to a multi-disciplinary team of offshore team members
• Complete complex denials follow-up and appeals, and support AR management and payment posting functions

Required Qualifications

• Experience in medical billing, accounts receivable, or a similar position preferred
• Offshore management and collaboration experience required
• Understanding of referrals, pre-authorizations, eligibility and benefits verification, and insurance billing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams)
• Ability to function well in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment
