RCM Team Lead

Job Summary

To support a motivated team focused on excellence, the full-time RCM Team Lead will oversee and coach a multi-disciplinary offshore team, manage complex denials follow-up, and assist with accounts receivable management in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support RCM Account Managers with client inquiries and identify areas for improvement
• Oversee and provide coaching to offshore team members while managing complex denials and appeals
• Research and resolve unpaid claims, payment discrepancies, and present reports on offshore KPIs and A/R health status

Required qualifications

• Experience in medical billing, accounts receivable, or a similar position preferred
• Offshore management and collaboration experience required
• Understanding of referrals, pre-authorizations, eligibility verification, and insurance billing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams)
• Analytical mindset with a problem-solving aptitude and ability to manage critical deadlines
