RCM Team Lead

Job Summary

Supporting RCM Account Managers, the full-time RCM Team Lead will oversee a multi-disciplinary offshore team, manage complex denials follow-up, and resolve unpaid claims in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and provide coaching to offshore team members while supporting client inquiries
• Complete complex denials follow-up and manage accounts receivable functions
• Present reports on offshore KPIs and A/R health status to Account Managers

Required qualifications

• Experience in medical billing, accounts receivable, or a similar position preferred
• Offshore management and collaboration experience required
• Understanding of referrals, pre-authorizations, and insurance billing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams)
• Analytical mindset with a problem-solving aptitude
