Job Summary

A company is looking for an RCM Technical Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and comprehensive EDI and technical support to channel partners and DSOs
  • Act as a point of escalation for issues, researching, resolving, and documenting them effectively
  • Nurture professional relationships with channel partners and DSO clients to encourage referrals and business growth


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2 or more years of experience in dental RCM and EDI
  • Proficient in all MS Office applications and internet use
  • Working knowledge of technical and procedural aspects and functions
  • Ability to multitask accurately in a fast-paced environment
