Job Summary
A company is looking for an RCM Technical Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and comprehensive EDI and technical support to channel partners and DSOs
- Act as a point of escalation for issues, researching, resolving, and documenting them effectively
- Nurture professional relationships with channel partners and DSO clients to encourage referrals and business growth
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2 or more years of experience in dental RCM and EDI
- Proficient in all MS Office applications and internet use
- Working knowledge of technical and procedural aspects and functions
- Ability to multitask accurately in a fast-paced environment
