RCM Training Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a RCM Training & Workflow Associate to deliver training and support for athenaOne Collector/Billing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead pre-live and post-live athenaOne Collector/billing training for providers and staff
• Innovate and create new learning experiences for Care Centers
• Provide onsite Go-Live support and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Revenue Cycle Management and physician office billing required
• 2+ years of client-facing training experience preferred
• Experience with practice management systems and athenaOne software preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Demonstrated experience in developing and editing instructional material
