RCM Training Manager

Job Summary

Focused on enhancing employee performance, the full-time remote RCM Training Manager will oversee onboarding, develop role-based training programs, and maintain training documentation while collaborating with RCM leaders to ensure operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage structured onboarding plans for RCM roles, including assessments and standards for independent work
• Create and coordinate practical role-based training using realistic cases and knowledge checks
• Track learner progress and provide managers with recommendations for additional training or coaching

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, education, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of healthcare RCM experience, including 2+ years in training or operational enablement
• Working knowledge of multiple RCM functions and payer requirements
• Experience writing SOPs, job aids, and assessments
• Experience using performance data to identify training needs
