RCM Training Specialist

Job Summary

To support the Cash Applications team, the full-time RCM Training Specialist will deliver and evaluate training programs for new hires and current employees while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver training programs and evaluate their effectiveness using performance data
• Collaborate with operational leadership to identify training needs and update materials
• Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with policies and procedures

Required qualifications

• Associate's Degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of experience in training or a related field
• Experience in Cash Applications or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) is preferred
• Proficiency in databases, Microsoft Office, and virtual training platforms
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
• Experience with e-learning tools and content development
