RCM Training Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance operational efficiency, the full-time RCM Training & Process Optimization Specialist will develop, standardize, and deliver training and documentation for Revenue Cycle Management processes while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver structured training for RCM team members across various functions including Billing and Accounts Receivable
• Own the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across RCM departments
• Evaluate existing RCM workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Management operations and healthcare billing workflows
• Experience in RCM functions such as Billing, Accounts Receivable, or Payment Posting
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and operational processes
• Experience developing SOPs, process documentation, and training materials
• Strong analytical skills to identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend improvements
